RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Return Conditions

We accept product returns within 14 days from the date of receipt under the following conditions:

  • Product must be unopened with original seal intact
  • Original packaging must be undamaged, not torn or dented
  • Must include original purchase receipt and product labels
  • Products from special promotions are non-returnable (unless otherwise stated)

2. Eligible Return Cases

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong product, color, or size delivered
  • Product damaged during shipping
  • Expired or near-expiry products (less than 6 months remaining)

3. Return Process

Step 1: Contact us via hotline or fanpage within 14 days of receiving your order

Step 2: Provide order information and photos of the product to be returned

Step 3: Carefully package the product and ship to the address we provide

Step 4: After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process your refund or send a replacement within 3-5 business days

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Seller's fault: We cover all shipping costs
  • Customer's fault: Customer covers round-trip shipping costs

5. Important Notes

We DO NOT accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product has been used or seal has been broken
  • Beyond 14 days from receipt date
  • No purchase receipt available
  • Product damaged by user
