Return Policy
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Return Conditions
We accept product returns within 14 days from the date of receipt under the following conditions:
- Product must be unopened with original seal intact
- Original packaging must be undamaged, not torn or dented
- Must include original purchase receipt and product labels
- Products from special promotions are non-returnable (unless otherwise stated)
2. Eligible Return Cases
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong product, color, or size delivered
- Product damaged during shipping
- Expired or near-expiry products (less than 6 months remaining)
3. Return Process
Step 1: Contact us via hotline or fanpage within 14 days of receiving your order
Step 2: Provide order information and photos of the product to be returned
Step 3: Carefully package the product and ship to the address we provide
Step 4: After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process your refund or send a replacement within 3-5 business days
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Seller's fault: We cover all shipping costs
- Customer's fault: Customer covers round-trip shipping costs
5. Important Notes
We DO NOT accept returns in the following cases:
- Product has been used or seal has been broken
- Beyond 14 days from receipt date
- No purchase receipt available
- Product damaged by user
